This Halloween, Wyatt got out his much-loved Robin Hood costume and set out trick-or-treating with a bucket that Lisa gave him. He valiantly journeyed through the pumpkin patch,
over sheer cliff faces,
past all kinds of weird and wonderful fauna,
along woodland paths that stretched for miles,
through deep, dark forests,
right to my door, ready to wish you all,
Happy Halloween guys!
…have been added to Anna’s bedroom. Before I put the window in, it was very small and pretty inaccessible camerawise.
The window adds light and space to the room, but it doesn’t have any glass/shutters yet because I haven’t decided whether it should be glass or shutters. I’m leaning towards glass.
There are four pictures that I framed on Word and an artwork of Anna’s name. Uh, yeah. Yay!
Teddy (the palomino one) and Justice (the black one) sneaked onto my bed yesterday and they looked so comfortable, I just had to take pictures.
Aren’t they the sweetest?
Anyways, see ya!
In preparation for Halloween, my most recent crochet project has been making some pumpkins. I used a Cogaroo tutorial for them, and they turned out really well.
As you can see, there is a big one and a smaller one. For the big one, I just followed the pattern but for the smaller one, I did Rows 1-4 and 8-12. The stem is a bit thicker than I’d like it, but they’re still really cute.
Anyways, see ya!
I believe I said when I started making the ground floor of this house, “Watch this take a year to finish.”. Or something along those lines. However, it is nearly finished, I just need a few little personal touches. And the balcony. EEEE!!!
On the right is the view from the doorway…..
Anna’s chair (nicknamed the Throne)…..
and another general view. I need to put personal touches in it yet but it’s looking so good. I love the feature wall, it was some old scrapbook paper I’ve had for a long time.
Better get back to it, see ya!
